Depending on your environment, we can code in real time or process in batch. We routinely log into applications commonly used by our clients, such as, Summation, Concordance, and IPRO etc to code documents. The majority of our clients prefer to utilize our secure FTP servers to batch process overnight utilizing the day for higher value productive work. The decision is yours. We guarantee accuracy rates of 99.5% or higher and we invoice on acceptance of work.

A frequently asked question is about our coding capacity. Current capacity for LDD (Unitization) varies from 10K to 50K images per day and standard bib coding varies from 7K documents a day to 30K documents a day (with two weeks notification). We have yet to encounter a project that is too large or too small for us to take on.
