FINANCIAL INDUSTRY SUPPORT SERVICES

iBridge provides three distinct services to the financial services industry – business records management, private label card services, and analytical services.

To manage business records of any size enterprise, we provide a highly secure, scalable, hosted solution. Our data center is located in Houston, Texas and meets industry compliance requirements. Our customers store personnel, property records, building maintenance, commercial contracts, and customer records. The platform is time tested and allows for rapid deployment. Provided as SAAS (Software-as-a-Service) you pay for usage and storage only. Our services include consulting on data preservation and destruction, collection, scanning, storage, and retrieval. You do not have to worry about support staff, IT, hardware maintenance budgets, and software license renewals. Users have secure access to stored documents using a standard web browser in a secure session. Scanned images, transcribed reports, print streams, and electronic files can all be stored in our business records management system.

We serve the insurance industry in two areas, large-scale document management, culling and processing of information in support of litigation and processing of forms used in day-to-day business. We have managed the production and storage of documents for internal investigations, back dating of options, product liability claims, labor and employment, and complex business litigation. We have extensive experience in title searches and the creation of databases to establish property and mineral rights. In one such case, we recreated a title records database from the 1800’s in support of a class claiming backdated royalty payments related to oil and gas exploration. In our forms processing business, we process millions of records related applications, claims, personnel, and historical records.

We provide several services geared to meet the needs of the private label credit card industry. Our expertise is in VisionPlus deployments. In partnership, we provide maintenance and support, application re-engineering, fast proto-typing, and new card launch and testing. We have built web-based interfaces to VisionPlus for the healthcare industry working closely with Fiserv, CIT Bank and others. We also provide comprehensive reporting at the basket level and portfolio analysis. We continue to perfect and grow these services by extending the capabilities of VisionPlus.
