MyTravel.com, a Thomas Cook company.

MyTravel is a Thomas Cook group company which provides thousands of customers with online booking of vacations, air line reservations, and cruises, with minute-to-minute updates.

The team deployed the following solutions:

• Oracle Discoverer End User Layer (EUL) was built and made available to the marketing users via Oracle Marketing Online.
• Developed a Customer Profile Enquiry Tool (CPET).  Post production, the data is synchronized between the Oracle CRM Database and CPET database

An international development company.

The Client provides direct assistance, consultancy and training to the public sector. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of services to multilateral agencies including the World Bank, various UN agencies, and bilateral donors such as DFID, KFW, SIDA, CIDA, etc.

The team delivered the following services:

• Discoverer 4i for the HR System upgraded to Discoverer 10g, and migrated the system to a separate Linux Box for better performance of the Applications and BI Reports.
• HRMS Family Pack K, iRecruitment and Oracle Training and Administration were integrated with Oracle Applications within their HR Applications.
• All Security Patches were successfully applied on the HR E-Business Suite Applications.
• HR E-Business Suite Database was upgraded from 9i to 10g.
