A Government Department in the UK
The client had an existing system: Oracle Ver. 7.5, Form 3.5, and Reports 2.5 and the team provided the following services:
- Installed Database 10g.
- Installed Oracle 10g server.
- Migration of all forms and reports to 9,i and then to 10g version.
- Configuration of web-utility to support some of the functionality of the client/server technology.
- Configuration of Report Server and publication of the report in HTML format.
- Implementation of Java Class for AQ listener to check and report new notifications
A local UK authority providing a wide range of services to the local community.
The Client delivers services from its facility and from other sites around the borough where they are located in including Social Services facilities, Schools and Libraries.
The team provided the following services:
- Set-up and configured Oracle iProcurement.
- Built and setup automated processes for supplier catalogue loading.
- Implemented Purchase-to-Payment flow and automated the procurement process.
- Built a complex rules matrix to subsequently maintain, design, and develop enhancements to PO and Requisitions workflow to adapt some very complex council rules and automate the complete processing of PO generation until printing.
