We have managed the production and storage of documents for internal investigations, back dating of options, product liability claims, labor and employment claims, and complex business litigation. We have extensive experience in title searches and the creation of databases to establish property and mineral rights. In one such case, we recreated a title records database from the 1800s in support of litigation claiming backdated royalty payments related to oil and gas exploration. In our forms processing business, we process millions of records related to applications, claims, personnel, and historical records.
