State and County Departments are increasingly challenged by a need to convert data into electronic formats, ensuring that the digitized data is accurate, and to do so without going offline. We serve more than 160 state and county government departments by deploying solutions to convert hardcopy data, or microfilm images to electronic formats. We then compare the electronic data to the original data and make corrections creating error-free electronic databases. And we are able to do all of this without disrupting service delivery.
Representative projects include:
- Cleansing electronic databases for Driver’s License Records for a County
- Digitizing birth and death records, as well as updating and maintaining property and land title record databases, for the State Department of Justice – Bureau of Identification project
If it is data, we have captured every form; normalized and cleansed most commonly used databases; and analyzed and reported on usage and quality.
