Desh R. Urs
Managing Partner
Mr. Urs brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial, startup and Global 500 corporate experience in sales, marketing and general management to the customers of iBridge. He has led sales organizations as SVP at Qsent, Inc and VP at Acxiom Corporation and has focused on usage of data in data distribution, direct marketing, fraud prevention, and law enforcement. As a VP of Global Sales, Services, and Marketing at Silicon Graphics, Inc., he managed engineering and non-engineering functions, developing solutions in sciences, telecommunications, manufacturing, media, business, and defense intelligence to support several billion dollars of revenue. During his tenure as VP at Think Tools AG and Brio Technology, Inc., he ran business development and alliances providing solutions in Business Intelligence and Decisions Cycle management to Global 100 corporations worldwide. Desh founded Indus Systems, Inc., in the late eighties.
Desh serves on several advisory boards and is a member of the Board of Directors of companies in the United States and India.
Sadna Urs
Managing Partner
Mrs. Urs has had a very successful career in procurement in the distribution side of the aerospace industry. While at Allied Signal, Jet Stream Aviation, Plasma Techniques and TriStar Aerospace (Honeywell), the purchasing groups she has led managed hundreds of millions of dollars in line items, which positioned her in the forefront of vendor negotiations. She has always driven her purchasing organizations as profit centers. Sadna brings her years of experience as a professional manager with an astute sense of business to help companies negotiate and manage complex manufacturing and distribution contracts.

iBridge Global Services LLC will provide technology, hosting and information management services to legal and healthcare industry. Recently incorporated in Delaware the company is in the process of gearing-up.

Mr. Hooks is a teacher of management best practices and techniques for turning business performance around and enhancing a company’s financial success. Mr. Hooks is a highly sought coach and consultant to senior executives in companies ranging from start-ups to the fortune 500 including ITM Software Corporation, Silicon Graphics, and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Mark Reed, President - High Ground Partners
Mr. Reed is retained by companies to coach and mentor teams and individuals where optimum personal and professional growth and exceptional performance are required to win. High Ground is also increasingly called upon to assist companies with performance improvement initiatives involving strategy re-alignment and the development of effective marketing and sales processes and crisp execution. Reed currently serves on several corporate and non-profit boards and is often asked to be the featured speaker at prominent community events. He also serves as a guest lecturer on the topic of High Performance Leadership in The Graduate School of Management at George Fox University.
Marcia A. Stilwell, Small Business Consultant
Ms. Stilwell has over 30 years of business experience with start-ups, small businesses and large, Fortune 500 corporations across manufacturing, wholesale and retail industries. Marcia has also worked with several non-profit businesses in the fields of arts and education. Having served as the Vice President and Treasurer of NIKE, Inc., Marcia gained in-depth global business experience. During her tenure at NIKE, she built and managed large teams of people, used her analytic and problem solving skills to solve complex financial problems, and travelled the world extensively building knowledge and awareness of NIKE and relationships to enhance the brand. In her work with start-ups and small businesses, Marcia translates her knowledge of strategic planning, best practices, collaboration and team building to help organizations achieve their business and financial goals. She accomplishes these objectives by realigning current strategies and practices to allow the business to continue to grow and achieve financial success and through working with individuals to realize personal growth and fulfillment.
Milton R. Stewart, Partner - Davis Wright Tremaine LLP
Milt has 39 years of experience structuring merger and acquisition transactions, reorganizations and management buyouts. Milt advises clients on and structures domestic and international joint ventures and strategic transactions. He also currently serves as general counsel to a number of Northwest companies.
In 2007, Milt spent a one-year leave of absence as special counsel to AIG Corp. in New York, one of the 20 largest corporations in the world, helping AIG manage and evaluate its worldwide outside legal relationships.
Milt is very active in Professional and Community organizations and serves as Chair, Legal and member, Executive Committees, Indiana University Foundation; Member Emeritus, Board of Visitors, Indiana University School of Law (Bloomington); Board of Advisors, Indiana University Museum of Art; Lecturer, Lex Mundi Institute, 2005-present; Former Board Member and current member, National Advisory Council, National Multiple Sclerosis Society; Past Member, Board of Directors, Lex Mundi, and Judge, Future Firm Symposium, Indiana University Maurer School of Law, April 2009.
