Meet the Executive Team
Desh R. Urs, President & CEO
Mr. Urs brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial, start-up and Global 500 corporate experience in sales, marketing and general management to the customers of iBridge. He has led sales organizations as SVP at Qsent, Inc. and VP at Acxiom Corporation, and has focused on the usage of data in data distribution, direct marketing, fraud prevention, and law enforcement.
As a Vice President of Global Sales, Services, and Marketing at Silicon Graphics, Inc., Urs managed engineering and non-engineering functions, developing solutions in sciences, telecommunications, manufacturing, media, business, and defense intelligence, for companies with revenues of several billion dollars. During his tenure as Vice President at Think Tools AG and Brio Technology, Inc., he ran business development and alliances providing solutions in Business Intelligence and Decisions Cycle Management to Global 100 corporations worldwide. In the late 1980s, Urs founded Indus Systems, Inc., which he profitably sold to a systems integration company.
Urs serves on several Advisory Boards, as well as many company Boards, in the United States and India.
Sadna Urs, Managing Partner
Mrs. Urs has had a very successful career in procurement for the distribution side of the aerospace industry. While at Allied Signal, Jet Stream Aviation, Plasma Techniques and TriStar Aerospace (Honeywell), she led the management of the purchasing groups with responsibility for hundreds of millions of dollars in individual line items. This responsibility positioned Urs in the forefront of vendor negotiations. She has always managed her purchasing organizations, and their processes, to be profit centers.
Urs brings her years of experience as a professional manager with an astute sense of business to help companies negotiate and manage complex manufacturing and distribution contracts.
Simeon D. Rapoport, Vice President & General Counsel
Mr. Rapoport has been an attorney for almost 25 years. He began his career working in the courts and private practice for more than 10 years, and has been in-house corporate counsel since 1998. Rapoport’s experience includes private practice with the large West Coast firm of Bullivant Houser and more than 10 years at Standard Insurance Company, where he held the title of Assistant Counsel & Director of Litigation and managed the company’s ERISA, bad faith and other claims litigation across the country.
Rapoport is a frequent author and speaker. He enjoys being active in Bar and civic organizations.
Currently, Rapoport is an elected member of the DRI Board of Directors, the Chair of the Oregon State Bar (OSB) Section of Litigation, a Vice-Chair of the ABA TIPS Health & Disability Committee, and an appointed member of the OSB House of Delegates. Previous activities include serving as Vice President of the United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Oregon & SW Washington Board of Directors, Vice President of the St. Andrew Legal Clinic Board of Directors, President of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Oregon Chapter, a member of the Oregon State Board of Bar Examiners, and a member of the Multnomah Bar Association (MBA) Board of Directors.
Departments
Sales & Business Development
Ms. Cole brings to iBridge more than 20 years of experience in legal support services, business development, retail management, and sales and marketing, with a focus on litigation support, consulting and case management. As Manager of Client Services, she utilizes her strong understanding of the litigation process and several years experience working with attorneys and paralegals to build and maintain relationships with iBridge clients and provide industry training and innovative solutions.
Most recently at iBridge Legal, a division of iBridge, Cole worked with local, regional, and global law firms with an emphasis on business development and project management in the areas of intellectual property, construction defect, products liability, securities and other civil matters. Prior to that, she served as client services and project manager at MIM Legal Video & Graphics, organizing and managing full case content through settlement or trial. She began her career in the legal industry by recruiting attorneys for national, regional, and local law firms in the Seattle and Portland markets. Cole’s previous experience includes 10 years as a business manager for Fortune 500 global cosmetic company Estee Lauder, and retail management for May Co. and Nordstrom in Portland, OR.
Cole earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Oregon in Eugene. She is a member of Women in eDiscovery and Association of Certified e-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS). Outside her successful professional career, she has volunteered many hours of her time in her community, with an emphasis on mentoring high school students.
Ryan Gregg, Business Development and Litigation Support Services
Mr. Gregg joins iBridge with more than 15 years of experience in Business Development in the technology industry, where he has spent the last 8 years serving the Litigation Support Technology and Services industry. Ryan has worked with National and Global Law Firms, Corporate General Counsel, Government Agencies and Litigation Support Companies consulting on Litigation technology platforms and service solutions.
Prior to iBridge, Ryan worked for various companies including MCI as a National Account Manager, where he specialized in deposition and collaboration technology; IPRO Tech as Regional Sales Manager with responsibility for sales in more than 20 States, where he worked with Law Firms, GC and Government Entities on internal solutions for handling EDD, Legal Coding and Managed Review; and Tricom Document Management, an Indian corporation with US offices, as Business Development Manager for North America and the UK.
Ryan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology at Arizona State University, speaks Spanish, and has lived abroad conducting social research on Law Enforcement and the Justice System in Mexico. Ryan is currently a Master’s of Business Administration candidate at Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Mike Leonard, Business Development Manager
Mr. Leonard is the Business Development Manager at iBridge, LLC. He brings proven experience and measurable value in driving new business and market expansion to the executive management team. Mr. Leonard oversees all aspects of the company’s business development process in healthcare with responsibilities including the development and execution of innovative growth strategies.
Previously, Leonard served as Business Development Director at a private equity firm in their patient finance healthcare division. His prior experience also includes business development management positions with information technology and services companies.
Leonard earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Gonzaga University, Spokane, WA. Outside his successful professional career, he has volunteered many hours of his time in his community, and enjoys many outdoor activities in the great Northwest.
Marketing
With 15 years of experience in presales, marketing and sales support, marketing communications and client services, Mr. Bordoloi serves as iBridge’s Manager of Marketing Operations. As the first team member in India, he established the India delivery office, while supporting the sales and business development activities of the U.S.-based sales team.
Prior to iBridge, Bordoloi directed and coordinated U.S.-centric sales and marketing support and operations for Suprawin Technologies. He was also involved as a core team member of Mindspace Builders & Developers, a start-up real estate enterprise, where he was responsible for design and execution of corporate identity, brand positioning, and online/offline collateral. He was also responsible for strategic marketing for engineering systems integration company, Sobha Projects and Trade Ltd., before being transferred to manage marketing communications in the IT services division of the group. There he executed global communications and positioning strategies and worked closely with business development and strategic marketing teams.
Technology

Mr. Prewitt has worked as a business and technology consultant for over 25 years. During this time he was worked as an entrepreneur, consultant and executive assisting firms develop their sales and business infrastructure solutions with specialization in helping firms deal with their technology and process problems. His experiences have spanned a variety of industries from graphic arts, video content creation, medical/dental, retail, wholesale, B2B and most recently litigation support. His broad-based experience in technology, sales, marketing and operations give him a unique perspective to business and organizational development, and the appropriate application of technology to empower a company to better performance.
As iBridge’s Director of Platforms and Technology, Prewitt is responsible for all facets in the application of technology, from the actual infrastructure design and implementation to the alignment of technology and processes with business strategies for all business units. He also utilizes his unique talents and perspective to develop data management and integration solutions for clients and partners.
Prewitt has a MBA from the University of Oregon to complement his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He is also a certified administrator in iCONECT and Clearwell.
Finance
Ms. Jordan is a CPA with 14 years of comprehensive accounting experience. Jordan began her career at Moss Adams LLP where she gained experience in both tax and audit related services. Her client base included a variety of industries in small business. She left the firm as an Audit Manager and took a position as a Financial Analyst at Daimler Trucks North America LLC (formerly Freightliner LLC). For the past six years she has worked independently, providing small businesses in the retail and wholesale industry with monthly accounting support and financial analysis.
As Controller at iBridge, she uses her auditing and analysis background to ensure the financial records are presented fairly in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and are compliant with other applicable laws and regulations. In addition to supporting Management in their financial decisions, she maintains relations with iBridge vendors and customers as they relate to daily transactions.
Jordan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Linfield College, in McMinnville, Oregon. She spends much of her free time volunteering in her local elementary school and playing tennis.
Delivery
Mr. Coilpillai draws upon more than 26 years of data processing experience, with specific expertise in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations in litigation and data entry. As Head of Operations for iBridge in India, Coilpillai has built and managed a core delivery and quality assurance team of 120 employees in multiple locations. In addition, he has developed critical vendor relationships. He is also responsible for understanding and delivering on client requirements and technology; maintaining the SLA and client metrics; and P&L results, operations, quality control, training, administration and human resources within his teams.
Previously, at Suprawin Technologies Limited in Bangalore, Coilpillai was a project manager and management representative overseeing database analysis, data creation, and quality control for large international corporations. He successfully completed offshore projects involving e-catalogues and digitization activities. Prior to that, he executed large-scale projects in share market and telecom billing systems as an assistant superintendent at Kirloskar Computer Services.
Coilpillai received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from V.O. Chidambaram College, Tuticorin, India.
Joe Prakash, Manager of Client Services
Mr. Prakash brings more than 15 years of experience in client services management for customers who have elected to use India for outsourcing the management of their data. Prakash has worked in various industries including data processing, litigation support, healthcare, and web site design and development. The range of his management responsibilities have included client relations; managing multiple projects; managing and motivating large teams of people; process improvement initiatives; sales and marketing support; and data analytics. His range of responsibilities has given him the experience to support large groups of diverse customers across these industries. Prakash has hands-on experience in TQM Methodology and ISO 9001:2000 process implementation. He has completed the course work to become a certified Project Management Professional.
Prakash received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Loyola College, Madras University.
Susan Mauro, Coding Manager
Ms. Mauro brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and legal industries to iBridge. She draws upon a solid litigation coding background enhanced with project management and supervisory experience, along with the ability to acclimate to rapidly changing parameters. As Coding Manager, Mauro leads iBridge’s teams of legal coders to create documentation and ensure strict quality assurance and adherence to deadlines.
Previously, Mauro spent 12 years as a Team Leader for data entry, general transcription and legal coding in a freelance capacity and with iBase – SPI Technologies in Austin, TX. There she worked heavily with IPRO litigation support software, as well as DIA coding software developed by iBase. She was also responsible for creating Web-based reference documents to detail specifications for each client’s project, verifying coders’ work for accuracy, unitization of the project’s documents, and adhering to the stringent deadlines required by the client.
Prior to that, at John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Co. in Boston, MA, Mauro served as Executive Administrator. In this highly visible position, she performed administrative and office management functions for the General Director and staff, including creating large presentations and testing new software before it was delivered company-wide.
Mauro holds an Associate’s degree in Information Processing from Katharine Gibbs School in Boston. She is an avid reader and supporter of libraries who also volunteers regularly at Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
Administration
Todd Soderberg brings a variety of office support: executive administration, management, customer relations, sales experience, and proficiency in Microsoft’s Office Suite. At iBridge, Mr. Soderberg is responsible for providing administrative support for the executive staff.
Before joining iBridge, Todd spent two years working with top level executives of a Fortune 500 company providing support – duties within this role vary widely. His responsibilities included client relations, office support, and editing deliverables, final offerings and presentations. Prior, he spent four years managing and selling environmentally friendly pest control services for an emerging northwest company.
Todd Soderberg graduated in May 2009 from Portland State University with Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration; Finance.
